University of Victoria Co-Op: Overview

The co-op program at the University of Victoria is one of the largest in Canada, with over 4,500 students participating each year. The program provides opportunities for students to gain paid work experience related to their field of study while also earning credits for their degree. Co-op placements can be full-time or part-time and are typically four months in duration. Students can complete multiple co-op terms throughout their degree, and many choose to do so to gain a competitive edge in the job market. The co-op program at the University of Victoria is an excellent way for students to gain valuable work experience while also completing their degree.
