McMaster University’s Ashbaugh Scholarship is awarded to high-achieving undergraduate students who demonstrate financial need. The scholarships are named for McMaster alumnus and former university president Lloyd S. Ashbaugh and are funded by an endowment established in his memory.
Recipients of the Ashbaugh Scholarship receive a total of $5,000, which can be used toward tuition, books, and other educational expenses.
To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must have a minimum grade point average of 90% and be in one of the eligible programs: Bachelor of Technology; Computer Science; Engineering; Integrated Biomedical Engineering & Health Sciences.
