McGill Macdonald Campus: Overview

McGill Macdonald Campus is located in Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue, Quebec on the western tip of the Island of Montreal. McGill Macdonald Campus offers students the opportunity to study a diverse range of topics related to food, agriculture, and the environment. The campus is home to McGill’s Faculty of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, as well as the McGill School of Environment. McGill also houses a number of research facilities, including the McGill Center for Food Security. In addition to its academic programs, McGill also offers a variety of extracurricular activities, such as athletics, clubs, and student organizations. McGill Macdonald Campus is a unique and vibrant community that provides students with an unparalleled educational experience.
What Does the McGill Macdonald Campus have to offer?
McGill University is located in the heart of Montreal, Quebec, Canada. McGill’s main campus covers 21 hectares (52 acres) and comprises more than 100 buildings. McGill also has two satellite campuses: Macdonald Campus in Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue, Montreal’s West Island suburb, and the McGill Research and Technology Park in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue. McGill offers a wide variety of undergraduate, graduate, and professional programs. The campus is home to six faculties (Arts, Science, Medicine, Dentistry, Law, and Management), as well as twelve schools (Architecture, Continuing Studies, Education, Engineering, Graduate Studies, Health Sciences, Human Environment, Kinesiology & Physical Education, Music, Nursing, Religious Studies, and Social Work). McGill also has an extensive network of libraries and research facilities. In addition to its academic offerings, McGill offers a variety of extracurricular activities and services for students. These include over 300 clubs and organizations, athletics and recreation facilities, and student services such as health care and counselling. McGill also has a vibrant campus life with a variety of events and activities taking place throughout the year.
