Do you want your child to grab an application committee’s attention?
That’s my goal for today – to give you a tool that you can teach your child so they can write about their volunteer and leadership experience in an eye-catching way.
Here’s how – to fully highlight their involvement, use the STAR structure!
STAR is a 4-part acronym that will help them craft a strong paragraph describing a specific volunteer or extracurricular experience.
Repeat this structure for every activity.
Using this will make their writing powerful and easy to follow. And if they want to see an example of how this should be written, just check out how I wrote this email.
Hope this last page was a fun read and you enjoyed this 4-part series! I’m assuming you’ve already booked. Just in case you haven’t though, remember you still have the last 24 hours of high priority booking status as a new subscriber with one of our educators who can show you how the Academy can support you in getting into your top school & winning scholarships.
