Mehgan’s Story
Meet Mehgan, a Grade 12 student with GrantMe’s support; she won over $56,000 in scholarships, including the prestigious Ryerson President’s Scholarship worth $40,000. With GrantMe’s and Toronto Met’s Scholarship’s support, she will be attending Toronto Metropolitan University for film studies next year. Mehgan's Plan of Action Mehgan’s biggest struggle was dealing with scholarship rejection, but with GrantMe’s support, she could find a strategy to push herself no matter the past rejections. GrantMe continued to send her notifications about upcoming scholarships, despite the previous rejections, which motivated her to apply for more scholarships.
